**Job Title: International BPO Associate**

**Location**: Delhi, India
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month
**Shift Timings**: Night Shift

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as International BPO Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to international clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for both freshers and experienced professionals who are looking to grow in the BPO industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, providing exceptional service to international clients.
- Address customer queries and issues in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
- Provide troubleshooting, product information, and resolve service-related concerns.
- Document all interactions with customers and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high service standards.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous BPO or customer service experience is an advantage (but not mandatory).
- Freshers with a good command of English are welcome to apply.

**Preferred**:

- Prior experience in an international BPO is a plus.
- A background in customer service or telecommunication is desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
