Contacting the insurance company to determine whether the patient's healthcare benefits cover the required service.
A good working knowledge of using computer systems and being able to speak in English is important.

Experience in Prior Authorization & Eligibility Verification in US Healthcare

Promote O&P is an Offshore BPO Company based in New Jersey, USA and has several staff in India who work remotely to service the needs of our clients.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
