Business Sales Executive & Telecaller - Kaushambi, Ghaziabad
We are looking for an enthusiastic and pro-active individual to face challenges and meet the targets even in difficult situations. Our sales target is the US and Canada market for IT services. A Business Development Executive who meet the below criteria:
Female with 2+ years of strong hands-on working experience.
- Being pro-active, self-managed with excellent communication skills.
- Previous IT / Technology sales, would be highly advantageous.
- Identify, qualify and close new business clients
- Booking appointments
- Creating pipeline
- Closing Sales by telephone
- Achieve set revenue targets on a regular basis
- Generating leads by the means of cold calling setting up C level meetings with decision-makers
- Aggressive follow-up and closing skills.
- Making a presentation of our services.
- Working towards a yearly Revenue and Order Targets which is monitored weekly and monthly
- Strong problem-solving negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Track own lead generation and ensure a healthy sales pipeline through the company's CRM system
- Account planning in order to develop new business opportunities within client accounts
- Understand and create competitive pricing based on current costing
- Building strong successful relationships with clients
- Multilanguage communication would be highly advantageous
- Carrying out research via various channels
- Using LinkedIn and other social media platforms to gain information
- Must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
