**Position: Sales Executive - Retail Sales. Location**:Sanand, Ahmedabad

**Job Type**:Full-Time

**Salary**: Upto 5LPA

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Dealer Development**:

- Identify and recruit new dealers and channel partners to expand market coverage.
- Conduct training sessions for dealers on product features, benefits, and sales techniques

**2. Channel Partner Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to enhance collaboration and optimize performance.
- Monitor channel partner performance and provide necessary support and resources to help achieve sales targets.

**3. Sales Management**:

- Achieve sales targets for both primary and secondary sales through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth.

**4. Service & Claims Management**:

- Address customer service inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Manage the claim settlement process, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction.

**5. Marketing Management**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and gain market insights.

**6. Reporting & Analytics**:

- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting performance against targets.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, specifically within the tire manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of dealer development, channel partner management, and secondary and primary sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and partners.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
