**Job Title**: IT Customer Care Executive Trainer

**Location**: Sitamarhi
**Salary Range**: ₹10,000 - ₹16,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated **Trainer** to deliver training for the **IT Customer Care Executive course**. The trainer will be responsible for teaching both theory and practical modules, guiding students in developing IT skills, communication abilities, and customer service techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Train students on handling customer queries (voice/non-voice).
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments.
- Mentor students in communication, soft skills, and problem-solving.
- Maintain attendance, progress reports, and evaluation records.
- Ensure students are industry-ready for apprenticeships and jobs.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualification**: Graduate in IT/Computer Science/Any discipline with good IT knowledge.
- **Experience**: Prior teaching/training experience or industry experience in IT/BPO/Customer Care preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills.

**Skills Required**:

- IT & Computer fundamentals.
- Customer service and communication.
- Classroom management and mentoring.
- Patience and ability to engage with students.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
