**Job Description: Retail Promoter**

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive **Retail Promoter** to represent our brand in retail outlets. You will be responsible for demonstrating product features, engaging customers, and driving sales through in-store promotions and superior customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and demonstrate products to customers at designated retail outlets.
- Engage with walk-in customers to explain product benefits and usage.
- Drive product visibility, awareness, and sales at the store level.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store manager or backend team for replenishment.
- Track and report daily footfall, customer interactions, and sales conversions.
- Maintain the brand’s visual merchandising and hygiene standards in-store.
- Provide feedback from customers and competitors to the management team.
- Participate in training sessions and promotional campaigns as required.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10th / 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or promotional activity (Fresher with good communication skills can apply).
- Basic proficiency in English and regional language.
- Presentable appearance and persuasive communication skills.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Familiarity with retail or consumer products.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Compensation**:

- Fixed Salary + Incentives (based on performance)
- Travel allowance (if applicable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
