Eligibility Criteria

Education
- Inter CA/ IPCC or Masters in Commerce

Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in Finalization of books of accounts & preparation of balance sheet. Should be well versed with INDAS.

**Job Description**:
1. Oversight of all finance and accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, revenue recognition, and cash management, and ensuring that the books are closed in accordance with the Company's internal guidelines and applicable INDAS.

2. Primary responsibility for timely reporting of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial activities.

3. Co-ordinating with all factories, depos, and branch offices for day to day accounting and closure of books of accounts.

4. Serve as liaison with internal and external auditors for audits and reviews and preparation of tax returns with outside accountants.

5. Help the company achieve budget objectives by performing analytical reviews of the monthly operating results to ensure the reasonability and accuracy of reports.

6. High-level financial reporting and analysis.

7. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported and is in accordance with accounting records.

8. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

9. Ensure compliance with all INDAS and other applicable laws, rules, and financial regulations for financial and tax reporting.

10. Implement and maintain effective internal controls as required by applicable statutes

11. Supervise and manage the accounting team.

12. Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings.

13. Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information.

14. Preparation of ad-hoc special requests for management.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
