**What you’ll do**:

- Lead and 10x our user experience by iterating on our front-end components using mocks built by our design team in tools like Figma. You love thinking through end-to-end user workflows, driving consistency across all pages, and have an insane attention to detail.
- Implement scalable, modular, and reusable front-end components using React and related libraries.
- Develop and maintain front-end architecture, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Make informed decisions on whether to build or buy infrastructure components, considering factors such as cost, scalability, and time-to-market.
- Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and performance gaps.

**What makes you a great fit**:

- 3-7 years of experience, required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience as a Front-End Engineer, with a strong focus on React and front-end development.
- In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.
- Proficiency in React and its ecosystem, including Redux, React Router, and related libraries.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Experience with determining build vs. buy decisions on infrastructure components, considering factors such as cost, scalability, and time-to-market.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts.
