**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to service queries and issues
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service issues
- Update and manage customer data using internal systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns
- Provide a seamless and satisfying customer experience

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in customer support or service roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong data management and organizational skills
- Proficient in using MS Excel and CRM systems
- Ability to handle high call volumes with a calm and customer-first attitude
- Must be available for immediate joining
- Comfortable with 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday)
- This is a **full-time on-site position** in **Delhi**

**How to Apply**:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
