**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)**Location**: Karnal
**Experience Required**: 2-5 Years (preferably in B2B/B2C sales or client servicing)
**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Customer Relationship Manager to manage customer queries, maintain long-term relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. The CRM will act as a bridge between the company and its clients/customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Coordinate with sales, service, and technical teams to fulfill client requirements
- Ensure timely follow-up for client issues and resolve them efficiently
- Prepare and deliver regular customer reports and updates
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and data in CRM software
- Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys
- Support marketing campaigns through customer engagement
**Key Skills Required**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Proficient in using CRM tools (like Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot etc.)
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
