**Job Title**: Office Coordinator, Customer Support, and Site Execution Specialist
**Department**: Operations
**Location**: Noida
**Reports to**: Manager
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Coordination & Administration**:
- Manage daily office operations, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Support inventory management, order supplies, and coordinate logistics for project materials and equipment.
- Prepare and organize project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and project plans.
- **Customer Service & Client Handling**:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling consultations, and providing updates on project status.
- Handle client communications professionally, maintaining relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Site Coordination & Execution**:
- Ensuring quality and timely completion of work as schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors to ensure material availability, adherence to timelines, and efficient site management.
- Resolve any issues, escalating to the project manager as needed.
- **Vendor & Contractor Liaison**:
- Work with vendors and contractors to schedule site work, confirm deliverables, and manage timelines.
- Negotiate and maintain vendor contracts and relationships to support project needs.
- **Project Reporting & Updates**:
- Document and report project progress, site conditions, and any deviations from the original plan.
- Prepare weekly reports for internal team meetings, highlighting completed tasks, upcoming deadlines, and potential project risks.
**Qualifications:.**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in office coordination, customer service, or site coordination roles, ideally in an interior design or construction setting.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving attitude with a high level of attention to detail.

Pay: ₹11,954.34 - ₹20,000.00 per month
