Collaborate with design and product teams to interpret design concepts into technical specifications.
- Create and review tech packs including detailed measurements, construction methods, and trim details.
- Conduct fit sessions and provide detailed fit comments and garment evaluations.
- Liaise with pattern makers and factories to ensure samples meet size and quality standards.
- Approve pre-production and production samples to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Track and manage sample development timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve any technical issues during sampling and production.
- Ensure garments comply with company and industry quality standards and testing protocols.
- Stay updated with the latest garment construction methods and fabric technologies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within apparel manufacturing or fashion retail.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, and pattern making.
- Proficiency in using software such as Adobe Illustrator, PLM, and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working with offshore factories and knowledge of global sizing standards.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in apparel production.
- Familiarity with 3D garment software (e.g., CLO 3D, Browzwear) is a plus.

Pay: ₹8,598.71 - ₹40,000.00 per month
