**Company Work: Our client is a 925 Silver Jewellery E-commerce Brand that sells silver jewellery online on its own website and other marketplaces like Amazon, Facebook, Ajio, etc.**

**TOTAL EXP: 2YEARS +**

**SALARY: 16000-20000**

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Confirm orders**:Make outbound calls to customers to confirm their orders, ensuring accuracy and verifying relevant details.

3. **Social media handling**:Monitor and engage with customers on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

5. **Courier management**:Coordinate with courier companies to ensure timely pickup, tracking, and delivery of orders. Resolve any delivery-related issues or discrepancies.

6. **Order dispatch**:Prepare and manage order dispatches, including accurate labeling, packaging, and documentation to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

7. **Problem-solving**: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly, working closely with other internal departments to provide appropriate solutions.

8. **Maintain records**:Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and transactions using our customer relationship management (CRM) system or other designated tools.

9. **Product knowledge**:Stay updated on Miss Highness products, features, and policies to provide accurate information and customer support.

**10. Upselling and cross-selling**: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers, contributing to revenue growth and customer satisfaction**.**

**MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF**

**1.** **Basic Excel formulas**

**2.** **Customer Handling with good communication**

**4.** **Customer service**

**5.** **Shopify, Ship Rocket, and e-commerce**

**6.** **Courrier management**
