Purchase & material entry in the system.
- Prepare E-way bill, Proforma invoice, Purchase Order.
- Weekly and monthly sales report.
- Prepare monthly static data.
- Attendance card, leave card updation.
- Salary preparation, register maintenance, bonus calculation.
- Statutory compliances with consultant.
- Ledger reconciliation of payment collection.
- Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers monthly and quarterly.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Act as backup accounts payable.
- Assist in completing audits.
- Work under the supervision of a Senior Accountant.
- Bachelors degree in accounting or related (essential).
- At least 1 year of accounting work experience.
- Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
- Analytical mind with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with accounting software programs.
- Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively

**Salary**: ₹100,002.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
