**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Service Representative at Sourcecatch Konnect (SCK), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences to our clients. You will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, fluent English proficiency, and the ability to make instant decisions within established guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate and timely assistance.

3. Identify and assess customer needs, striving to exceed customer expectations.

4. Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while addressing customer concerns.

5. Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.

6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.

7. Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.

8. Escalate complex issues or complaints to the appropriate level of management.

9. Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets and quality metrics.

**Requirements**:
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.

2. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

3. Quick decision-making ability within established guidelines.

4. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

5. Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

6. Proficient computer skills and the ability to navigate through multiple systems.

7. Prior experience in customer service or call centre environments is preferred.

8. Knowledge of [specific industry or product] is a plus.

9. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

**Working Conditions**:

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
