**Job Title**: Executive Assistant to the HOD/ Director (**ONLY FEMALE)**
**Location**: Delhi NCR ( Panipat )
**Qualification**:MBA
**Years of Experience**: Minimum 2 years +
**Salary Package**:3 LPA& Negotiable
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Word, power point presentations).
- Problem Solving with excellent multitasking ability.
- Strong Managerial and Decision-Makingskill.
- Team Handling and Leadership qualities required.
**Job Responsibility**:
- Manage multiple projects as assigned by the HOD related to diverse lines of business with inter-related activities and relationship.
- Coordinates Calendar, travel, meeting, and Schedule arrangements for the director.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and Distribute meeting notes
- Work Closely with other team members to assure the director ‘s preparation for meetings, Presentations or other engagements.
- Hands on experience in excel in creating charts and sheets and also a power point presentation.
