**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Care**:

- Assess and monitor patients’ health status, including vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatments.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide patient education and support to promote health and well-being.
- **Clinical Duties**:

- Assist in diagnostic procedures, minor surgeries, and other medical interventions as required.
- Perform wound care, injections, and other clinical procedures according to hospital protocols.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date medical records.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing any concerns and providing updates on patient progress.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on patient care and treatment plans.
- **Patient Advocacy**:

- Advocate for patients' needs and preferences, ensuring they receive appropriate care and support.
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Complete and maintain accurate patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and infection control standards.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Provide prompt and effective response in emergency situations, including initiating basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) as required.
- Assist in the stabilization and transfer of critically ill patients.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Nursing (ANM or GNM) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a hospital setting.
- Valid nursing registration/licensure as required by local regulations.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing procedures and protocols.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude with a commitment to high-quality care.
