Job summary
- A telesales executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential customers, pitching products or services, and closing deals. Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport and overcome objections. Additionally, they may need to provide product information, process orders, and resolve customer queries or complaints.
