**UI/UX Design**:
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design solutions.
- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- Collaborate with developers to implement and refine design solutions.

**Graphics Design**:

- Design and produce high-quality graphics, including branding materials, marketing assets, and visual content for digital and print media.
- Develop and maintain visual guidelines and design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Create engaging and visually compelling content for social media, websites, and promotional materials.

**Platform Expertise**:

- Utilize Figma to design and prototype user interfaces and collaborate with team members in real-time.
- Leverage Adobe Photoshop for image editing, creating visual assets, and enhancing graphics.
- Use Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics, illustrations, and design elements.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers to ensure designs meet project requirements and objectives.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the design process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design skills and methodologies.

**Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Prioritize tasks and adjust design strategies based on project needs and feedback.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Review final designs and prototypes to ensure they meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Test designs for usability and accessibility, making adjustments as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Graphics Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first design methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about design challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and concepts effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with additional design tools or platforms (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch) is a plus.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing techniques.
- Experience in designing for a variety of industries or platforms.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dahisar, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
