UX/UI Designer

**Fresher UI/UX Designer (0-2 Years)Position Overview**

We are seeking a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer (0-2 Years) with foundational knowledge in design principles and modern design tools to join our dynamic product team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level designer to work on impactful projects while learning from experienced design professionals in a collaborative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the design process from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to implement design solutions
- Create intuitive user interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine design skills
- Help conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback
- Assist in maintaining design systems and component libraries
- Support responsive design implementation across different devices and screen sizes
- Contribute to design documentation and maintain design specifications
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar)
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and human-centered design
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (implementation understanding preferred)
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
- Strong visual communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and creative problem-solving

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience with prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, or InVision)
- Basic understanding of user research methodologies
- Knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG)
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts
- Experience with design handoff tools (Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode)
- Understanding of Agile design processes
- Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, or related field
- 0-2 years of professional experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (academic, personal, or internship work)
- Demonstrated passion for user experience and design thinking
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new design tools and methodologies
- Self-motivated with strong creative and analytical thinking

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
