**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Logistics Coordination**: Oversee the day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- **Supplier and Vendor Management**: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure that all goods and services are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet customer demands while minimizing excess stock.
- **Order Processing**: Manage order fulfillment processes, including order tracking, processing shipments, and handling returns and exchanges.
- **Documentation and Compliance**: Ensure all logístical operations comply with company policies and legal regulations, including maintaining accurate records and documentation for all shipments and transactions.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Analyze logistics data and performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to logistics, including shipment delays, inventory discrepancies, or supplier problems.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments such as sales, procurement, and customer service to ensure a seamless flow of goods and information.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance logistics efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
