**Job Title**: Dispatch Supervisor (Fresher)
**Location**: Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Required**: Fresher
**Education**: B.Com / B.A. Graduate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in daily dispatch planning and coordination.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff and transporters.
- Maintain records of dispatched goods, delivery schedules, and documentation.
- Prepare dispatch reports and update internal systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety and documentation standards.
- Support the dispatch manager in routine tasks and team coordination.
- B.Com or B.A. graduate (freshers welcome).
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to **Silvassa**.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
