Production Assembly Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the assembly team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
- Train new assembly workers on proper techniques and procedures.
- Monitor assembly processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments such as production planning, quality control, and maintenance to optimize production processes.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by assembly workers and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to assembly team members.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in assembly operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Thorough understanding of assembly processes and equipment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as needed.

**Salary**: ₹8,496.56 - ₹21,580.61 per month
