- As Presentation Designer at Confluent, you are creative, self-motivated, organized, and collaborative, able to juggle a variety of active projects in collaboration with stakeholders across teams. **Description of Role**:

- Confluent is looking for an experienced presentation designer, a visual storyteller, to work closely with executives and internal teams. You will be responsible for creating compelling brand narratives and share how our technology is making a difference in the lives of our customers.

**Location**: Remote (India)

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize graphic design tools and software to develop create custom Google Slides and Keynote presentations, templates and content
- Produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while attending to deadlines
- Create executive presentations that visually communicate a compelling story
- Assess and evaluate existing presentations and implement and recommend improvements
- Tell compelling stories using Confluent brand guidelines
- Support a variety of communication projects on an individual basis and as a member of project teams

**Requirements and experience (Must Have)**:

- At least 5 years of professional Google Slides, PowerPoint presentation design experience-professional demeanor with a high degree of comfort speaking with and collaboratively working with internal clients and stakeholders
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end presentation design skills
- Strong portfolio with 4+ years education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent considered but not required
- Working with a Project Management software - preferably Asana

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills (Nice to have)**:

- Experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud; Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe AfterEffects and video production process

- Illustration, iconography experience
- A strong desire to have fun, laugh, and help make creative things happen
