**Associate will report to the PIO of the Fund.**

**Education Requirements**

MBA / MMS / PGDBM from a reputed institute or a CFA or a CA.

**Relevant Experience**

3-6 years of work experience in any one or combination of the following:

- Advisory work or fund raising (at reputed intermediaries / NBFCs) for real estate companies
- International property consultants or real estate teams at PE funds / reputed NBFCs

**Job description**
- Deal execution
- Asset management
- Assisting in fund setup and fund-raising process
- Preparing the financial model for investment opportunities
- Drafting the investment memorandum for investment opportunities
- Interacting with lawyers and external consultants for deal diligence and documentation
- Staying informed about regulatory and business trends in the real estate industry
- Working with investee companies for generating MIS, marketing and sales strategies, loan syndication and project execution
- Executing exit opportunities for fund investments
- Preparing reports / correspondence / presentation for interaction with investors
