**Business Process (Principal) Consultant - Oil & Gas Industry APJ**

**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**
SAP is the Trusted Advisor for the Energy and Resources Industry.
Oil & Gas is a strategic industry in the APJ region for SAP with extraordinary perspectives for growth.
In order to achieve our ambitious targets and objectives, we are currently looking for skilled Senior Solution Consultant who will be in charge of ensuring that SAP´s mature but also innovative solutions for the process industry can be rolled out successfully.
Our Consulting organization supports APJ and global wide projects and customer engagements with various consulting services. **EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
We are looking for an Oil&Gas Downstream Principal Consultant to guide our customers towards a digital transformation and help them adopt the leading practices for the Oil&Gas industry.

Moreover, building and maintaining the Energy and Resources Go-to-market community is part of our goals. This includes a knowledge network, peering with consultants globally and working closely with the Solution Management of the Industry Business Unit (IBU) for the Oil&Gas industry, IBSO and SDC.

You will take ownership of the architectural plan, design and implementation for customer solutions in Oil &Gas. You will be responsible for:

- Take leadership role in engaging with large and strategic customers - portray a trusted-advisory role for SAP solutions and processes
- Engage with C-level stakeholders to guide them towards digital transformation.
- Guide our customers with a prescriptive approach towards solution adoption
- Explain an end to end energy integrated scenario to our customers
- Supporting SAP’s Oil&Gas industry customers with the conception and implementation of optimized processes
- Supporting the Ramp-Up of new SAP products at our clients of in the Oil&Gas, sector and ensuring knowledge transfer to partners and customers
- Business process consulting in international projects - mainly in APJ region
- Sales support - Understanding requirements, scoping, customer presentations and demos
- Collaboration with development / supporting projects for new SAP developments for the Oil&Gas industry
- Close cooperation with the global Oil&Gas Hub teams regarding knowledge-sharing and business development for specific expert topics across the APJ region
- Ensure usage of newest technology, focusing on TCO and ROI - when enhancing industry solutions and services
- Establish network to Process Integration teams as well as dedicated partners in niche areas

**EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**
- Successfully completed study of business administration or information technology
- Expertise in SAP Oil&Gas Downstream areas such as TSW, SDM, TD, HPM, TAS, Supply Chain Management
- Expert knowledge of the SAP IS-Oil Modules, including in depth SD, MM knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in English. Additional communication skills are a benefit
- Know-how of project and consulting business practices
- Capacity for teamwork, analysis and conceptual thinking

**WORK EXPERIENCE**
Principal Consultant Oil&Gas
- Experience in Business Transformation with SAP S/4HANA
- Extensive experience 10-15 years of business processes and systems
- Familiarity with SAP implementation tools
- Experience influencing key stakeholders
