**Key Role of the Position**:Counseling Patient, Making aware to the Patient for Procedure different options available.

**Education/Qualification**: Secondary / Senior Secondary / Graduate/Post Graduate

**Industry Preference**:
Healthcare / Hospital / Hotel Industry

**Knowledge and Specific Skills**:
Communication Skills & Computer Skills

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Call conversion to appointments/procedure booking.

2. Counseling charts/presentations and other aids to be used.

3. Complete pre-op instructions to be given.

4. Correct timings to be given to the patients.

5. OT files and complete discharges.

6. Coordinate with TPA for credit SX cases.

7. Ensuring that all the patients prescribed surgery are attended to before leaving for the day.

8. Operating surgeons, anesthetist and patient to be informed one day prior.

9. Lens name to be mentioned specifically.

10. All referred cases from other centers to be included.

11. OT list to be prepared every day after confirmation from admin and distributed to all concerned.

12. OT list to be given to store in time for arrangement of lenses.

13. To get the abnormal IOL power crosschecked by the doctor and providing the information to store.

14. Proper documentation of PL letter after checking the eye to be operated, date of SX, validity of PL,

and other papers with the billing.
