- Assist in the issuance and renewal of insurance policies.
- Handle inquiries from clients regarding insurance coverage and policy details.
- Process insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date records of policyholders and insurance transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective claims processing
- Assist in documentation for the claims
- Provide understanding of terms and conditions of policies to stake holders and address their concerns or queries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to general insurance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹12,500.00 per month
