**JOB PURPOSE**:
**_YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:_**

**QUALITY ASSURANCE (QUALITY & PROCESS MANAGEMENT, COLLABORATION MANAGEMENT)**
- Collaborate with operations for the corrective and preventive measures of the detected items.
- Support the S2P PI Operations with the requirements of Internal and External audits.
- Conduct KPI Reviews. Identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with the Operations team focusing on the KPIs not hitting the target.
- Support the operations in ensuring timely execution of the ICS controls, Reporting Activities and Management Assessment.
- Responsible for the review and maintenance of Business Excellence Continuous Improvement tracker.
- Act as a point of contact of S2P Process Invoice Operations in relation to the escalations/ issues logged in the tool. Support Operations and monitors timely resolution of the issues noted.
- Perform analysis of the logged items, identify proposals and drive initiatives focusing on Continuous Improvement.
- Work on the initiatives noted and collaborate with the necessary groups to ensure implementation and timely execution.

**CHANGE & LEARNING (KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT)**
- Support the implementation of Source to Pay (Process Invoice) workstream activities in the areas of Learning, Training and Knowledge Management.
- Provide high quality onboarding and refresher trainings covering the end-to-end process of Process Invoice workstream.
- Identify improvement opportunities in the overall knowledge management strategies. Proactively define and implement continuous improvement initiatives to address the identified improvement areas.
- Ensure timely update, review and maintenance of Supporting Documentations and training materials in accordance with the GPO and compliance requirements.
- Provide guidance to the S2P Process Invoice group in relation to the Knowledge Management tools.
- Conduct regular alignment with other functions and other S2P workstreams, including Center of Expertise and Lean Management & Innovation groups focusing on Knowledge Management topics. Ensure that the process updates will be cascaded timely to S2P Process Invoice workstream and reflected in the documentations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement strategies focusing on efficiency targets through LEAN methodologies.

**VALUE REALIZATION**

**(LEAN MANAGEMENT & INNOVATION, PROJECT/TRANSFORMATION SUPPORT)**
- Support the activities of the ongoing and planned transition and transformation of S2P Process Invoice workstream.
- Support the transformation group with IT enablers (e.g Co-Pilot and Translation Tool) by acting as a point of contact of S2P Process Invoice group. Monitor usage of these tools in operations, provide feedback and proactively initiate ideas towards continuous improvement of these enablers. Acts as support to the transformation group in ensuring timely cascade of the updates.
- Proactively identifies process improvements in the end-to-end Process invoice procedures by having innovative mindset and being updated with the latest industry trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement strategies focusing on efficiency targets through LEAN methodologies.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- University Degree in Finance and Accounting, Commerce, or similar fields
- Good knowledge on Source to Pay function preferably Procurement Operations
- Experienced in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
- Ability to think strategically and plan and implement collaboratively
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint & Presentation Skills
- Approachable with good collaboration and excellent communication skill
