Diploma with 4 years of hands-on experience on robot offline programming using Roboguide (Weldpro) software for Fanuc Robots.
- Design and implement of robot processes including develop robot offline programs.
- Able to create offline program including Weld path creation, Weld path optimization, Weld process parameters optimization to achieve product quality.
- Perform analysis and feasibility studies for new parts for robotic operations.
- Online or Offline troubleshooting of Fanuc Robots is added advantage.
- Ability to manage project without guideline and provide solutions.
- Experience in Manual and Robotics Weld Processes.
- Experience in welding assembly process planning with IE related activities which includes like creation of Sequence of Events & OMS documentation.
- In Depth knowledge & experience in Welding processes
- Creation and reviewing Sequences of Events, Process Planning and Operator Method Sheets for Weldment Manufacturing
- Experience in welding process selection, parameter selection and optimization
- Knowledge of Identifying and implementing quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas.
- Good in communication.
