(g) Knowledge of productivity and OEE of machine and its calculation. h) Knowledge of PFD, PFMEA, Control plan and NPD (New project development) (i) Knowledge of problem-solving tool's ( 7QC tool's) (j) Knowledge of lean manufacturing process. (k) Experience in MS office and SAP. (l) Knowledge of 5's and its implementation on shop floor. (l) Will be ready to work in shift. Brief Job Description (In Brief) : (a) Plan v Actual should be 100 % to achieve OTIF. (b) Ensuring product quality and reliability by achieving zero Customer rejection. (c) 5's Implementation on shop floor. (d) Productivity Improvement. (e) Rejection analysis and its reduction by implementation of corrective actions. (f) Continual Improvement.
