**Role Overview**

This is a cross-functional support role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of **digital systems, web platforms, communication tools, and IT support**. You will collaborate with multiple project teams and external vendors to help strengthen the organization’s digital operations and outreach infrastructure.

**Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Platforms & Web Support**
- Maintain and update organizational websites (Samayu and partner projects)
- Assist in publishing content (blogs, events, photos, etc.) on CMS platforms like WordPress
- Coordinate with web vendors for hosting/domain support and technical troubleshooting
- Improve website engagement through basic SEO maintenance
- Support integration and automation across digital tools (Google Workspace, CRM, etc.)

**Digital Communications Tools**
- Manage contact and mailing lists via Mailchimp or similar tools
- Generate and share insights from analytics dashboards (web, mailers, etc.)

**IT Coordination & Operations Support**
- Support general IT queries from team members (remote tech setup, access, accounts, etc.)
- Identify opportunities to streamline internal tech processes
- Assist in research and rollout of new tools (e.g., HR platforms, AI tools, social media scheduling apps)
- Provide onboarding support for new platforms and tools when needed

**What We're Looking For**
- 3-5 years of experience in digital operations, IT coordination, or web/digital tools management
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, basic troubleshooting, and data dashboards
- A problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Alignment with Samayu’s values of equity, care, and justice

**How to Apply**

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
