**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling and Lead Generation**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students from a provided list to generate interest in our programs.
- Follow a structured script to explain our offerings, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Track and update call outcomes in our CRM system.
- **Handling Walk-ins**:

- Greet and engage with walk-in visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide information about our programs, facilities, and admission process.
- **Admission Management**:

- Schedule and coordinate campus tours, interviews, and other admission-related activities.
- **Student Relationship Management**:

- Address student queries and concerns, providing guidance and support throughout their academic journey.
- Organize student engagement activities, workshops, and other events to foster a positive student experience.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)
