- **Lead development of SAP SuccessFactors solution blueprint to meet business requirements.**:

- **Preparation for workshops with SMEs ensuring that inputs and outputs are appropriately documented and sufficiently clear to allow smooth transition into configuration and testing activities**:

- **Successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables across all SuccessFactors Modules**:

- **Assist in the implementation planning, testing, rollout and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors (including any best practices and rapid deployment models)**:

- **In collaboration with 3rd party implementation partners ensure a tight integration is designed and delivered between SAP S4/HANA and SuccessFactors**:

- **Ensure that key integrations are designed and prioritized, showing pragmatism where required, to allow critical program milestones to be me**:

- **Align the delivery of SuccessFactors with the future strategic direction of the roadmap and wider IT Strategy (cloud first)**:

- **Lead development of SAP SuccessFactors solution blueprint to meet business requirements.**:
