RAIN is seeking a SAP SF Consultant to join its Global IT Team.In this role, you will be responsible for resolving change requests and incidents related to SuccessFactors sub modules.Role and ResponsibilitiesResolve incidents & Change requests related to SuccessFactors sub modulesResolve Configuration changes and Integration issues for Global Issues including IndiaDocumentation of configurations and other business processesHandholding in Uploads of MDF & other Objects, Form template changesSAP HCM ECC knowledge in OM, PA, Time & Payroll modulesMust to have SkillsImplementation or Support experience in At least 2 or more of below mentioned SuccessFactors modules1.Recruitment (RCM/RMK2.Onboarding (ONB), Off/boarding,3.Employee Central (EC),4.Time Management (Time Sheet & Absences),5.Payroll (India),6.Learning Management System (LMS),7.PMGM (Performance and Goals Management),8.CompensationExperience or Knowledge in SuccessFactors Employee CentralKnowledge in IntegrationsExperience or Knowledge in Integrations with-in SuccessFactors and SF to SAP & Vice versa, other 3rd party systemsBasic knowledge in SAP HCM – Time Management (Positive) and Payroll (any of countries - India, US, Canada, Germany, Belgium, Poland)Co-ordinate with Technical team for Custom requirementsRequired 4yrs of work Experience.Soft SkillsShould be a team player & must have good communication skillsAble to deliver the work packages assigned to him/herPreferred QualificationsDiploma/Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a recognized universityLocation: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.About the CompanyHeadquartered in India, RAIN Industries Limited is a multinational, Fortune India 103 manufacturing company.
