Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop engaging and inquiry-based lesson plans aligned with the MYP science curriculum.
- Implement effective teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a hands-on and interactive approach to science education.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Design and administer assessments to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their learning journey.
- Utilize formative and summative assessments to inform instructional decisions.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and critical thinking.
- Establish and communicate clear expectations for behavior and academic performance.
- Manage classroom resources and materials efficiently.
- **Student Support**:

- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Provide additional support and challenges for students as necessary.
- Foster a growth mindset and encourage students to take ownership of their learning.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administrators to enhance the overall educational experience.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay informed about best practices and curriculum updates.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Provide regular updates on students' progress and achievements.
- **Professional Development**:

- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational trends and advancements in science education.
- Participate in workshops, conferences, and collaborative learning opportunities.

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
