**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and efficient manner.

2. Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and cold brew, according to established recipes.

3. Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.

4. Ensure that all beverages are prepared to the highest quality standards and presentation guidelines.

5. Handle cash and process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.

6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning equipment, utensils, and work areas regularly.

7. Stock and replenish coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies as needed.

**Qualifications**:
1. Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.

2. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso beverages.

3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

5. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

6. Strong organizational and time management skills.

7. Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
