We are seeking a strategic, results-driven **Chief Operating Officer (COO)** to oversee the daily operations and ensure the smooth delivery of high-quality interior design projects. As a key member of the executive team, the COO will play a vital role in scaling operations, optimizing internal processes, improving team productivity, and enhancing client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the design industry, project management, financial acumen, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership**
- Oversee day-to-day operations across design, procurement, project management, and installation teams.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Drive resource allocation, workflow optimization, and cross-department coordination.

**Project Oversight**
- Monitor active projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Resolve bottlenecks and operational challenges quickly and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

**Financial Management**
- Collaborate with the CFO/CEO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and profitability metrics across departments.
- Oversee vendor relationships and procurement processes to control costs and improve margins.

**Team & Culture**
- Lead and mentor department heads and operational staff.
- Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and retaining top talent within the company.

**Client & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Work closely with the CEO to ensure an exceptional client experience from concept to completion.
- Partner with business development and marketing teams to support firm growth and brand consistency.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and other senior leaders.

Pay: ₹32,107.14 - ₹110,445.73 per month
