- Planning and Strategic Management
- & Provide leadership, vision and missions with the development of short & long term goals and annual plans.
- Develop and monitor strategies for ensuring long-term financial viability of the company
- Set goals for all departments/ divisions based on the company's plans
- Oversee preparation of an Annual Report summarizing all aspects of plans to the board
- Develop proposals as needed to assist the organization in determining and meeting goals
- Oversee design, delivery, and quality of programs and services
- Establish rules, regulations and procedures for the company and ensure they are applied
- Seek and develop new business opportunities.
Business Development
- Accountable for entire Sales & Business Development PAN India and International;
- To own organizational planned revenue target VS Actuals target achieved
- To own sales EBITDA is maintained within the TAT.
- Strategic and plan the sales & marketing process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new project development and branding;
- Plan and administer the company's marketing budget and keep cost in control; outreach, website maintenance, social media etc;
- Align sales/Business Development team towards organizational goal and revenue goals;
- Train the sales team for prospective client meetings, sales pitch and presentations etc.;
- Ensure payment collection and regula'
