- **Product Expertise**: Stay informed about our products, services, and policies to deliver knowledgeable assistance.
- **Collaborative Teamwork**: Share insights and feedback with teammates to help improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
- **Quality Assurance**: Uphold high standards by meeting performance metrics, quality guidelines, and compliance protocols.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior customer service or call center experience is a plus.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English (verbal and written); additional language skills are a bonus.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools is helpful.
