- 4 to 6 yrs. - Bengaluru (**US Shift - 5:30PM to 2:30AM**)**

**About the team**

Capacity Management aims to ensure that the capacity of IT services and the IT infrastructure is able to deliver the agreed service level targets in a cost effective and timely manner. The Capacity Management process considers all resources required to deliver the IT service, and plans for short-, medium
- and long-term business requirements.

**What you will be doing**
- Should be an Individual contributor and Identifying challenges and proposing solutions within their area of expertise.
- Broad knowledge of basic IT Infrastructure, i.e., ESX, Cluster, vCenter & StorageMakes development recommendations to business owners based on experience with client expectations and issues. Notifies business owners of potential technical or operational constraints including performance implications.
- Required to have Project Management skill
- Working collaboratively with team members, offering support, sharing ideas, and communicating progress.
- Taking ownership of tasks, being proactive, and seeking opportunities to add value to projects or processes.

- VMware Basics
- Nice to have ITSM, Densify, SQL, Reporting tools (Power BI\Tableau), Basic cloud concepts.
- Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems and hardware capabilities
- Personal commitment to stay current with latest technology concepts.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools.
- Flexibility, versatility, dependability
