**CRM Responsibilities**:

- Maintain good relationship with clients to secure current business & assure future volume. To understand client needs & modify the present service pattern to ascertain client satisfaction.
- Monitor the current services offered by us to clients to avoid any disconnect.
- Scrutinize client escalation & provide immediate resolutions for smooth coordination.
- Identify the shortcomings & take necessary measure to eliminate them in order to improve Business Volume.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
