Experience : Freshers (Basic Knowledge in NOC)

Skillset:

- Knowledge in understanding on terminologies like DWDM, SDH, IP Networks.
- Knowledge on Telecom services / product
- knowledge on OSS Product stacks, especially HP Network monitoring tools and Service Manager
- Good understanding of Network performance monitoring and related tools.
- Understanding of Fiber network E2E topology.
- Ability to analyse and provide the MIS management reports / trends report
- Basic understanding of the Telecom services / product knowledge
- Basic Understanding software / hardware related issues
- Basic knowledge in Service Manager or trouble ticket system

Certifications : CCNA/MSCE/ITIL trained.

Responsibility:

- Responsible for Critical and Major Network fault and network escalated cases.
- Responsible for NOC 24x7 Operations, especially in System Management/System monitoring Environment
- Resolution of Incidents within TAT / MTTR / Within defined SLA
- Supporting project team to optimize EMS resources & support project team for ticketing & SLA performance dashboard optimization.
- Monitoring the report generation & availability/accuracy of SLA reports pertaining to projects.
- Monitoring of EMS availability/Uptime with project team to achieve respective EMS SLA’s.
- Maintain MTTR, RFO and Service reports to the customers as per the KPI
- Analyse issues/Gaps raised by internal teams and Customer, accordingly taken up with L2 teams for Smooth Operations
