A Customer Relation Executive (CRE) in a two-wheeler showroom plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Their responsibilities typically include:
1. Greeting customers and providing them with information about the showroom's products and services.

2. Assisting customers in selecting the right two-wheeler based on their needs and preferences.

3. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

4. Managing customer appointments for test rides, servicing, and repairs.

5. Following up with customers after their visits to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.

6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

7. Collaborating with sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

8. Keeping track of customer feedback and suggesting improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

9. Participating in sales and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

10. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
