Title: US Healthcare Recruiter

**Job Description**:

- Understand client requirements related to their Healthcare/Pharmaceutical needs and deliver qualified
consultants.
- Prioritizing requirements and ensuring that all prioritized requirements are worked upon, and timely
submissions are made.
- Establish relationships with consultants in specified regions.
other qualified consultants.
- Meet or exceed weekly goal/target expectations.
- Will be responsible for effective usage of Internal Systems/Database for recording different stages in recruitment
process.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work in night shifts.
- Result orientation and strong desire to earn a good income.
- Excellent negotiation & relationship building skills.
- Strong work ethics and sense of commitment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare terminologies will be added advantage.

**Education**:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Diploma or Higher Diploma with relevant work experience/internships can be considered as well.

Experience: 2+ years in full cycle recruitment.
Shifts: 1830 - 0330 Hrs. IST (Monday - Friday)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
