Job Description: Telecalling Executive (1+ Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and explain our website listing portal.

Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.

Build and maintain a strong relationship with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and close deals.

Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned by the team leader.

Provide feedback and insights to improve the effectiveness of sales strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a related field.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English and additional regional languages (preferred).

Basic knowledge of computer operations and CRM tools.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
