**A Day in the Life**:Engage with healthcare professionals to introduce and promote insulin pump systems, highlighting their advantages over traditional insulin delivery methods. Provide comprehensive information to patients and healthcare providers about the functionality, benefits, and usage of insulin pumps, ensuring informed decision-making. Maintain and manage a sales pipeline, tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions. Educating patients on the effective use of insulin pump therapy to manage their diabetes. Provide personalized training sessions, ensuring patients understand how to operate their insulin pumps, and integrating the therapy into their daily routines.

- Responsible for performing and supporting research for teams operating within a service group, product group and/ or project group.
- Assists with the development, monitoring, coordination and implementation of non-technical projects as assigned.
- Provides analysis, reporting and internal communication services with team members.
