**We at Infojini have the following positions open for**: US Technical Recruiter

**Location**: Mumbai - Thane (Onsite)

**Experience**:

- Min 1.5+ year(US IT Recruitment)

**Workdays** - 5days(Mon - Fri)

**Shift Timing**:

- 7pm to 4.30am

**Compensation**: Fixed Salary (Including PF)+ Incentives & + Free meal
+ Medical Insurance, Pick and Drop facility.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
1.Managed end-to-end recruitment for technical positions.
3. Collaborated closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand job requirements and ensure alignment on hiring needs.
6. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
7. Built and maintained a robust pipeline of IT talent for current and future hiring needs.
8. Should have hands on experience with Federal and commercial clients.
9. Experience working on (W2, C2C) Contract, Contract to Hire, and Fulltime positions for numerous clients from all domains.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
