**Job description**

The Assistant Manager in IT plays a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient functioning of the IT department. This position involves managing projects, supporting the CEO, and ensuring effective client interactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Management:_
- Lead and coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
- Client Relations:_
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Communicate project updates, address client concerns, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities for expanding services to existing clients.
- CEO Support:_
- Work closely with the CEO to align IT strategies with overall business objectives.
- Provide regular updates on IT initiatives, contribute to decision-making processes, and support executive-level initiatives.
- IT Operations:_
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
- Provide technical expertise to the IT team, assist in troubleshooting complex issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and client relations within the IT industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and industry best practices.
