**Job Summary**:
The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of projects, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage operations efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operational activities at project sites or within the facility.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure completion within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for material procurement and timely delivery.
- Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards as per organizational and statutory guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to operations, project status, and resource utilization.
- Assist in manpower planning, allocation, and performance monitoring of on-site staff.
- Support in resolving operational challenges by providing technical and administrative solutions.
- Work closely with project managers and senior management for process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure operational excellence and adherence to best practices.
- Maintain documentation for operational activities, including records of materials, equipment, and manpower usage.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of engineering principles (Mechanical/Civil).
- Good understanding of project execution, site management, and operations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
